Eco Roads (Roadtech Enzymes)

Build stronger roads,

cheaper and faster

 

The technique is a next-generation, enzyme-based road engineering solution (soil consolidation). A special mixture of Enzymes can construct a new road base and cover, using existing soil materials. For all types of roads, including highways category A1.

How does it work?

 

1.  Enzymes are mixed with a bulk top layer of soil.

2.  The layer created is compacted.

3.  Enzymes work as a catalyst and molecularly bond the clay particles to all other materials present, permanently.

4.  The result is a pavement more durable and more waterproof than using any other method.

WHY ROADTECH ENZYMES?

Enzymes are quick & efficient

✓ Only 37 liters of Enzyme treatment is required to create 1 kilometer of road with a width of 8 meters and a thickness of 15 centimeters.

✓ Enzymes work well on sandy loam and clay loams, but can be used with any soil, including soils with humus.

✓ Can be used in a wide range of weather and climate.

✓ Reduces substantially the road construction time. Upon completion, the road can be used after just 7 days.
